Admin and Grants Coordinator

StepUpED is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual passionate about creating meaningful change in the lives of youth with special needs and orphans in Africa. This position offers a unique opportunity to become an essential part of our team, contributing to both administrative coordination and grant-related endeavors critical to advancing our mission of promoting inclusive education and vocational training.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities aligned with StepUpED's mission and initiatives.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of fundraising campaigns and strategies, both online and offline.

  • Collaborate with team members to create compelling grant proposals, donor presentations, and fundraising materials.

  • Support in organizing fundraising events, including logistics, outreach, and donor engagement activities.

  • Assist in maintaining donor databases and tracking fundraising activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for nonprofit work and a genuine interest in fundraising and philanthropy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
